Detailed Description

PRINCE2® is an internationally recognised standard framework of processes and themes for project management. It’s a must have qualification to succeed in project management.

This is an APMG-International (www.apmg-international.com) PRINCE2® accredited course, which covers the elements contained in the APMG PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Syllabi.

What you study:
PRINCE2® (PRojects IN a Controlled Environment) is a structured project management method based on experience drawn from thousands of projects - and from the contributions of countless project sponsors, project managers, project teams, academics, trainers and consultants.

You learn about:
The principles of PRINCE2® which reinforce the good practices of successful projects.
The themes - which describe aspects of project management that require specific treatment.
The processes which describe the progress through a project lifecycle from start-up through to closure.
