This item is for the payment of pre-arranged sessions by external users of the hydrotherapy pool. Please note, all sessions must be pre-arranged with the school before payment is made by emailing [email protected] You may purchase multiple sessions as per your agreement, which will be credited to your account. In the unfortunate event that sessions need to be cancelled by the university due to lack of staff, planned pool maintenance or an emergency, we will re-arrange an alternative session at a time convenient to you. Should this not be possible then any unused credits will be refunded to your chosen payment method. Unfortunately we cannot refund for missed sessions, however we do understand that sometimes plans change and providing prior notification is given (minimum 24hrs) we will strive to re-arrange an alternative session. We do have a refund policy where by the swimmer is unable to attend their sessions over a sustained period due to a medical condition. Price options:
